Role Overview

Mid-Level SAP SD Consultant, will take on a more significant role in SAP projects, actively participating in the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions. And will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure that SAP systems align with their objectives.

Role Requirements and skills

  • 2-4 years of working experience as SAP SD Consultant.
  • At least 2 E2E Implementations (Full Implementation or partial).
  • Very good command of English.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Strong expertise in SAP configuration and customization.
  • Experience with SAP SD integration with other modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PP (Production Planning).
  • SAP certification(s) is preferred.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing).
  • Learning new technologies and industries and transfer knowledge within the team

Responsibilities

  • SAP Implementation: Design, configure, and customize SAP Sales and Distribution module to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional specifications and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customization: Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities, including pricing, billing, order management, delivery, and transportation. Develop and implement enhancements, user exits, and customer-specific solutions as needed.
  • Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems (If any).
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to junior consultants and client personnel on SAP applications, processes, and best practices.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for SAP systems, addressing issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring system stability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Support: , Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP SD functionality and Support various customers through opened tickets and CRs
